HOW THE GRANDDAUGHTER NETWORK WORKS

Caregivers who join The Granddaughter Network are considered for referral opportunities with families based on fit, availability, preferences, and location. We help facilitate introductions and coordination, but caregivers remain independent and decide whether to accept opportunities and how to structure their work arrangements directly with families.

  • Connect with COORDINATOR

Call (617) 922-4143 and get connected to our Coordination Team to speak with a Care Coordinator about your background so we can learn more about your caregiving experience, service preferences, certifications, and availability.

  • Get Matched with clients

Whenever a client requests care that matches your skills, location, and availability, we’ll reach out to you with the opportunity.

  • Provide Quality Care

Once matched, caregivers provide consistent, high-quality care by supporting daily needs, promoting independence, and creating a safe, comfortable environment for each client.
