A COMMUNITY-ROOTED NETWORK FOR INDEPENDENT SERVICE PROVIDERS
We’re Looking For independent professional with:
Relevant experience providing non-medical support
HHA, PCA, CNA or similar certifications are a plus but are not required
Reliable transportation, if needed for the services you offer
Availability that you set based on your own schedule
A thoughtful and professional approach to support

Those who join The Granddaughter Network may be considered for referral opportunities with families based on factors such as services offered availability, preferences, and location. We help facilitate introductions and referral communications, but remain independent and decide whether to accept any referral and how to structure their arrangements directly with families.

how we work
The Granddaughter Network is a non-medical referral and care coordination network. We help families connect with independent service providers and community-based support resources. Independent service providers decide whether to accept referrals and make service arrangements directly with families, including services, schedules, and payment terms. TGN does not provide medical care, clinical supervision, payroll services, or in-home management.
