We are building a trusted network of independent non-medical caregivers serving Norfolk County and surrounding communities in Massachusetts. We welcome in-home service providers who value dignity, compassion, and meaningful support.
A COMMUNITY-ROOTED NETWORK FOR INDEPENDENT SERVICE PROVIDERS
We’re Looking For independent caregivers with:
Relevant experience providing non-medical support
HHA, PCA, CNA or similar certifications are a plus but are not required
Reliable transportation, if needed for the services you offer
Availability that you set based on your own schedule
A thoughtful and professional approach to support

HOW THE GRANDDAUGHTER NETWORK WORKS
Caregivers who join The Granddaughter Network may be considered for referral opportunities with families based on factors such as services offered availability, preferences, and location. We help facilitate introductions and referral communications, but caregivers remain independent and decide whether to accept any referral and how to structure their arrangements directly with families.

how we work
The Granddaughter Network is a non-medical caregiver referral and coordination network. We help families connect with independent caregivers and community-based support services. Independent caregivers decide whether to accept referrals and make service arrangements directly with families, including services, schedules, and payment terms. TGN does not provide medical care, clinical supervision, payroll services, or in-home caregiver management.
