All caregivers are independent contractors who maintain full control over their work arrangements with families.

Medical Limitation Statement

We do not provide medical advice, medical care, or clinical supervision.

Responsibility Clause

Families and caregivers are solely responsible for determining schedules, services, supervision, and payment arrangements directly with one another.

Transparency & Compliance Statement

We support transparency in accordance with Massachusetts Domestic Workers Bill of Rights (M.G.L. c.149 §190) and encourage clear communication between families and independent caregivers regarding agreed-upon services.
