HOW our REFERRAL AND coordination WORKS
-
Call us at 617-922-4143 or submit an inquiry on our Contact page. We’ll explain how our referral and coordination service works, answer initial questions, and gather information about the support you’re seeking.
-
Based on the information you share, we may introduce you to independent caregivers whose services, availability, and experience appear aligned with your needs. Families decide whether to move forward and discuss services, schedules, supervision, and payment directly with the caregiver.
-
After an introduction is made, any service plan or working arrangement is established directly between the family and the independent caregiver. TGN may provide limited referral follow-up and administrative communication support related to the referral process.
how we work
The Granddaughter Network is a non-medical caregiver referral and coordination network. We help families connect with independent caregivers and community-based support services. Independent caregivers decide whether to accept referrals and make service arrangements directly with families, including services, schedules, and payment terms. TGN does not provide medical care, clinical supervision, payroll services, or in-home caregiver management.
BEYOND BASIC SUPPORT
THOUGHTFUL REFERRALS FOR EVERYDAY LIFE
We know that meaningful support is about more than routines and tasks. We help families explore referrals to independent caregivers and community-based service providers who may offer non-medical support tailored to what matters most—whether that means a grooming appointment, time with a beloved pet, a favorite activity, or other everyday routines that bring comfort and connection.
Tell us what your loved one enjoys, and we can help identify referral options that reflect those preferences.
